REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees for the 3rd Minia International Conference for Agriculture and Irrigation in the Nile Basin Countries, 17th to 19th March 2019, are listed in the following table (Bank charges to be paid by participants):

Registration Fees entitles delegates to the following:

- Attendance at all conference Sessions.
- Admission to the exhibition. - Daily morning and afternoon coffee/tea
- Daily Lunch (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday; 17, 18, 19 March 2019)
- Welcome Reception.
- Cultural show and Gala dinner.
- Delegate Satchel.
- Abstract and Program Booklet.
- Proceedings CD of the conference (for Participant with paper only).
- Local transportation in El-Minia city.
- Accommodation at Minia University Hotel.

Remember that all prices (according 2011 rates) shown on this site are in American Dollars or Egyptian Pounds and are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (the March 2019 rates will posted on this website at the end of 2018) . Cancellation:

By the norms established by the organizing commission, In case of cancellation of the conference registration, the Conference Secretariat should be notified in writing.
- Cancellation received before February 20th 2019, 75% refunds
- Cancellation received before - February 28th 2019, 50% refund
- Cancellation received before – March 10th 2019, 25% refund
- Cancellation received after March 10th 2019, no refund.

Refunds will not be made until after the conference.
